• Monday - Friday schedule; 3.5 days in clinic and 1 day in OR

• Built-in referral base from 5 multispecialty ophthalmology groups
• Single-specialty ASC with retina-trained staff, nurses, and technicians
• No hospital call; call rotated weekly among physicians
