We are looking for a Ophthalmic Technician who shares our core values and is ready to make a meaningful impact.
Duties
- Assist doctors during examinations and procedures by preparing the necessary instruments and equipment.
- Perform preliminary tests, including measuring visual acuity, intraocular pressure, and pupil reactions. Includes visual fields, OCT, IOM, biometry, pachymetry, refraction, and more.
- Record patient medical histories and vital signs accurately.
- Educate patients on eye health, treatment options, and post-operative care.
- Handle phone calls, patient triage, and administrative tasks to assist the provider.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance patient experience and streamline clinic operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of medical office practices and medical terminology.
- Familiarity with medications and ocular disease processes.
- Commitment to excellence in patient care and relations.

Job Details
Full time hours (35-40 hours per week)
Work Location: In person
Approximate work days/hours: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
