About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our client's team in the heavy industrial sector. In this role, you will contribute to delivering safe, efficient, and reliable service delivery to customers, identifying opportunities for improvement, and assisting field and maintenance crews with equipment preparation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
• Participate in pre-job and Toolbox meetings with crew members.
• Maintain good, safe working order of equipment according to standards, reporting problems or deviations.
• Ensure individual and crew work safety.
• Prepare equipment for rig up and rig down times.
• Operate the equipment according to competency level and job requirement.
• Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
• Maintain the required safety training.

Requirements

• Experience in heavy industrial operations.
• Knowledge of safety and equipment standards.
• Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong communication skills for team collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications (if any)

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Familiarity with industry-specific software or systems.
