    What You'll Be Doing

    As a Process Technician, you'll play an important role in our manufacturing operations by:

    • Setting up production equipment
    • Assisting and mentoring operators
    • Supporting supervisors and production teams
    • Performing rolling, lapping, grinding, slitting, and cleaning operations
    • Conducting inspections and quality checks
    • Supporting inventory activities
    • Troubleshooting equipment and process issues
    • Helping ensure products meet VPG's world-class quality standards
