Deburr Operator I

Schedule: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Deburr Operator I to set up and operate machines that grind, smooth, and buff manufactured parts. You will inspect small parts under a microscope, correct imperfections, and help ensure quality throughout the production process.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines that grind, smooth, and buff produced parts
- Inspect parts under a microscope to identify imperfections
- Correct imperfections by hand with precision
- Maintain quality assurance standards throughout production
- Work collaboratively with the production team
Qualifications:
Required
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in production or a machine shop environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Good hand-eye coordination, with hands-on experience handling small parts
- Experience using a microscope
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
Preferred
- Prior experience working in a clean room environment
