Job Summary
The Operator I is responsible for the production of high-quality medical devices, performing assembly, repair, and testing operations on pacemakers, implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs), leads, and related medical device assemblies under constant microscope use.

Key Responsibilities
Perform assembly, repair, and test operations on medical device components using a microscope.
Handle and maneuver small components and parts with precision.
Conduct quality inspection on assembled devices to meet specifications.
Multitask across assignments while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Collaborate with team members to meet production and quality goals.
Utilize relevant computer applications (MS Word and Excel) for documentation.

Minimum Qualifications
Manufacturing experience required.

Manual soldering experience required (must-have).
Prior experience in medical device assembly, microscope use, and quality/inspection preferred.
Strong teamwork and multitasking skills.
Basic proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
