Job Description
The Deburr Operator I is responsible for setting up and operating machinery that grinds, smooths, and buffs manufactured parts to meet quality specifications.
Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate deburring machines/equipment
• Grind, smooth, and buff produced parts to required specifications
• Inspect parts using a microscope to identify and correct imperfections
• Ensure quality assurance throughout the production process
• Maintain attention to detail while handling small parts
• Work collaboratively within a team-oriented production environment
  

Required Experience

• Prior experience in a production/manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
• Good hand-eye coordination for spotting and correcting imperfections
• Comfortable working with a microscope and small parts
• Prior machine shop experience preferred

Education Requirements

• This role requires working in a Clean Room Environment; prior cleanroom experience is a plus.
