About the Role

Join our manufacturing team as an Operator I / Material Handler, supporting production operations by assembling components, handling materials, and performing quality inspections. This role ensures a safe, organized, and efficient work environment while meeting quality and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components according to work instructions and specifications.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and effectively.
• Perform visual inspections and quality checks on finished products.
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the production area.
• Maintain accurate production records as required.
• Keep workstations clean and organized in accordance with safety standards.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to achieve production goals.
• Report equipment issues, defects, or safety concerns to management.
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing products for shipment.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with manufacturing processes.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications

• Inventory Clerk experience.
• Receiving Clerk experience.
• Order Puller experience.
• Material Handler skills.
• Load/Unload experience.
