Responsibilitiesarrow_right

• Perform basic production support activities including roll wrapping, material staging, and routine line assistance
• Maintain awareness of applicable health, safety, and environmental requirements and individual responsibilities
• Conduct rotational inspection duties and identify, classify, and record visible product defects in accordance with established quality procedures
• Support cleaning activities including manual cleaning tasks and general housekeeping to maintain equipment and work area standards
• Weigh, label, and document finished materials and enter required production data into systems accurately and timely
• Handle materials and assist in ensuring proper material flow to and from the production line
• Follow all established safety procedures including proper PPE (personal protective equipment) use and participation in safety observation programs
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and quality expectations
• Demonstrate a consistent focus on product quality and teamwork
• Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of basic production operations
• Position starts at $22 hour

Qualificationsarrow_right

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Familiarity with process control systems, quality checks, and inspection
• Must be able to read a ruler and understand fractions, and demonstrate basic math skills
• Must be able to work well with others and in a diverse workforce environment
