    Description

    Set up and operate manufacturing processes and ensure compliance with safety and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. Responsibilities include handling materials, packing products, managing production waste, and keeping work areas safe and clean.

    This is a night shift role:6:30pm - 7:00 am rotating every other weekend.

    Shift differential will be applied.

    Accountabilities

    • Work as part of a team to help achieve production and quality goals.
    • Ensure that materials and products meet required specifications and production schedules.
    • Set up, operate, and support routine maintenance of manufacturing equipment according to established parameters.
    • Assist in resolving routine production or equipment issues, advancing more complex problems as needed.
    • Follow established safety, health, environmental, sustainability and GMP/quality standards at all times.
    • Support production processes to ensure products are produced, packed and labelled accurately and efficiently.
    • Support projects and continuous improvement activities aimed at improving production processes.
    • Collaborate with other teams and support services to maintain smooth operations.
    • Contribute ideas with a lean approach to improve work practices and increase efficiency.
    • Participate in training activities to support personal development and assists in the development of less expert team members.
    • Is eager to build skills in, quickly adapt to, and embrace new digital tools and technologies.
    • Collaborate with team members to support digital adoption within area.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Individual must possess mechanical competence and ability to work with hands and tools to operate and perform minor maintenance on equipment.
    • Ability to operate basic electronic equipment and possess basic

    computer skills.

    Desirable:

    • College course work in science
    • Compounding experience
    • Experience in a cGMP pharmaceutical environment or regulated industry
