Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined Fin Operator Assistant to join a growing manufacturing team in Tulsa, OK. This role supports production machine operators while learning critical manufacturing processes and developing toward an operator-level position.

The ideal Fin Operator Assistant is hands-on, eager to learn, and looking for a long-term career opportunity within a production environment.
Required Experience & Skills
Strong mechanical aptitude or hands-on experience preferred
Ability to follow instructions and learn new manufacturing processes
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance REQUIRED
Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to grow and develop skills
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Assist machine operators with loading and monitoring production equipment
Rotate between multiple machines and production areas as needed
Support loading and unloading trucks and materials
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
Learn machine operations and production processes
Support production goals and workflow requirements
Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards
Develop skills necessary to advance into machine operator positions

Exposure to machinery, moving materials, and industrial equipment
Physically active role requiring standing, walking, lifting, and repetitive movement
