Role: Operator/Assembler (Entry Level)
Location: Minnetonka, MN
Description:
- Perform routine and repetitive assembly operations under direct supervision.
- Follow written procedures, verbal instructions, safety guidelines, and quality requirements.
- Assemble and handle small components and parts with attention to detail.
- Maintain accurate production, quality, and traceability records.
- Use computers and electronic data collection systems to document work.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and routine/preventive equipment maintenance.
- Support Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and quality initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with team members and manufacturing management.
- Prior medical device, manufacturing, or regulated production experience is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
