Operator 2, Machine - Columbus, NE
Contractor | $22.70/hr (including shift differential) | Rotating 12-hr Shifts

Responsibilities
- Perform SCF operations to ensure consistent product quality and optimal production output
- Operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery, identifying issues before they impact workflow
- Conduct visual product inspections and process tests; accurately record inspection data
- Package finished goods and manage raw material movement within the facility
- Clean, sanitize, and organize machines and immediate work areas
- Respond to and reset alarms; carry out preventative maintenance as scheduled
- Stock supplies and uphold a safe, cleanroom-compliant environment
- Collaborate closely with team members for effective communication and productivity
- Support continuous process improvement and other duties as required
- Complete repro tasks as assigned, focusing on efficiency and quality
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to read, write, and converse in English or Spanish
- Commitment to punctuality and regular attendance
- Skilled in machine operation, inspection, and basic troubleshooting
- Must wear steel toe or composite toe shoes
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in a cleanroom setting
- Familiarity with BD quality systems and safety regulations
- Preventative maintenance knowledge
