Operator 2, Machine - B Shift | Columbus, NE | $20/hr

Join our dynamic manufacturing team in Columbus, NE as an Operator 2, Machine on the B Shift (6:00PM-6:00AM, 12-hr rotating shifts). Responsibilities
- Execute routine production tasks: filling, assembling, packing, labeling, and inspecting products.
- Maintain accurate records and logs in compliance with FDA, GMP, and ISO9000 standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and ensure quality output.
- Rotate into different tasks and responsibilities as needed to support production flow.
- Follow standard operating procedures and supervisor instructions precisely.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and peers to ensure smooth operations.
- Safely lift up to 50 lbs and operate within established safety guidelines.
Required Skills and Experience
- High school diploma or GED (required).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic math skills and ability to read, write, and interpret specifications in English.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Proven ability to work flexible, extended hours and maintain punctual attendance.
- Effective teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in manufacturing (strongly preferred).
- Familiarity with FDA, GMP, and ISO9000 compliance.
