Key Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced manufacturing equipment.
• Set up, calibrate, and optimize machinery for peak production quality.
• Oversee process flow to ensure exceptional product standards and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance procedures and drive innovation.
• Accurately document production metrics and perform quality checks.
• Provide guidance and training to junior team members on equipment operation and safety.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2 years of manufacturing experience with proven expertise in machine operation.
• Strong understanding of setup, adjustments, and equipment troubleshooting.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a fast-paced team.

Preferences

• Familiarity with SOPs, GMP, or related standards.
• Additional certifications in manufacturing or equipment operation.
