Working Hours: Mon-Thu 08:45 PM to 07:15 AM
Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties
Manually packages kits
Performs cleaning functions
Tests / Inspects parts for in-process quality checks
Trains others
Accurately completes paperwork
Pulls raw material for order
Feeds raw material on production line
Clears some common machine faults
Performs some set up and start up tasks for the machine
Performs some shut down tasks for the machine
Offers some input for Standard Operating Procedures
Performs few controls and adjustments for machine settings
Demonstrates the ability to follow and document in established procedures according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Must follow all Client housekeeping policies and procedures
Must follow all Client safety policies and procedures
Must be able to work overtime as required to meet Client business requirements
Perform other duties as required
Qualifications &Education/Experience:
High school degree
1 year manufacturing experience
Minimum Requirements:
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift 40 lbs
Ability to do repetitive motion
Basic Skills:
Can effectively work in a team setting and communicate successfully across the department
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work on assignments that are semi-routine in nature with the skill to recognize any deviations from specification
Proficient/Working Skills:
Must be proficient in English with the ability to read, write, analyze/evaluate charts, follow simple diagrams and perform basic arithmetic
Basic proficiency with PCs (Personal Computers) and basic use of a Windows environment is required
