Job Title: Operations Training Manager
Location: Milpitas, CA

Job Summary:
Seeking a Training Manager to lead training and development programs within a manufacturing environment, supporting managers, supervisors, and technical/hourly employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training needs assessments and develop annual training plans.
• Design, coordinate, and deliver employee training programs.
• Track and evaluate training effectiveness and performance metrics.
• Develop training manuals, presentations, testing, and learning materials.
• Partner with management to align training with business and operational needs.
• Manage training budgets, vendors, and external training resources.
• Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement in training processes.
• Support onboarding and new employee orientation.
