    Description

    Operations Technician

    Schedule
    Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM–4:30 PM, Friday mornings as needed to complete 40 hours

    Join a team producing veterinary biological products in a regulated, USDA-licensed manufacturing environment! This hands-on role combines entry-level laboratory/production work with material handling and warehouse responsibilities.

    What You'll Do

    • Assist with the production of veterinary biological products
    • Prepare growth media and support basic laboratory procedures
    • Assist with cell culture, harvesting, formulation, blending, and filling activities
    • Follow aseptic techniques, safety procedures, and strict production guidelines
    • Maintain accurate production and training documentation
    • Restock laboratory supplies and deliver materials to production areas
    • Pick, put away, and prepare materials for shipping
    • Assist with unloading trucks, inventory, order fulfillment, and material movement
    • Operate a pallet jack and safely work with dry ice
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

    What We're Looking For

    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • 2+ years of relevant manufacturing, laboratory, production, or warehouse experience
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
    • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
    • Good math and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work in an aseptic environment and wear required PPE
    • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
    • Ability to pass a Physical Abilities Test

    Preferred

    • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Microbiology, or a related science
    • Experience with aseptic technique, biological laboratories, or regulated manufacturing
    • Experience with Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
    • Basic Microsoft Office and SAP experience
