We are seeking a reliable and professional Contract Office Support Specialist to support daily administrative operations in a fast-paced industrial office environment. Responsibilities include answering phones, data entry, filing, scheduling, customer service, and general administrative support.

Qualifications:

  • Previous office support, administrative, or customer service experience required

  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial, logistics, construction, or oil & gas environments preferred

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar software preferred
