    OVERVIEW: We are a leading provider of full-service staffing and management programs for the K-12 educational market. We are currently seeking an Operations Support Specialist in our Cherry Hill, NJ office to provide additional support to our Operations team. The ideal candidate for this role will have strong organizational and communication skills. 

     

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Review numbers, track performance metrics, and build simple reports.
    • Prepare, organize, and maintain electronic databases and file, ensuring documents are accurate and up to date.
    • Process Improvement by finding bottlenecks or slow steps and suggest better ways to work.
    • Team Support through answering questions from coworkers and assisting managers finish projects on time.
    • System support and troubleshooting basic software or equipment issues and update digital files.
    • Help plan and coordinate internal events, trainings, and team meetings.
    • Other duties as assigned by Manager.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

    • Strong organizational skills
    • High attention to detail
    • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
    • Must interact well with others
    • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to problem-solve
    • Excellent communication skills, written skills, and interpersonal skills
