Description
Johnson Service Group (JSG) is recruiting for an Operations Support Specialist to support a client site in Chandler, AZ (Hybrid). This is an immediate need and a full-time contract (W-2) opportunity.
Pay $30/hour to $38/hour

Pay $30/hour to $38/hour
What Youll Do
- Process purchase orders and change requests in SAP following standard operating procedures
- Create and maintain Excel reports to provide status updates on change order requests
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to expedite and trace purchase and change order status
- Assist with change order review aligned to the client approval process
- Support invoice review/monitoring for the project
- Help prepare and maintain a change order log
- Assist with reviewing contractor closeout documents
- Facilitate and manage data inputs/changes across multiple projects under deadlines
- Help organize financial meetings to review change order status
- Prepare cost reconciliations across estimates and explain variance cost drivers
- Act as a liaison between the client and trade contractors
- High School Diploma and 5+ years of relevant experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows OS
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
- Strong organization and self-management; able to work independently and collaboratively
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Construction, or related field (preferred)
- Experience with SAP and change order / purchase order workflows
