Position Title: Operations Support Specialist 1 - Pittsburgh, PA

Location: Pittsburgh, PA - On-Site

Pay Rate: $22/hr - $24/hr depending on experience

Position Description:

Join our team as an Operations Support Specialist in our Pittsburgh office. This role offers an excellent opportunity for candidates with administrative, reporting, or operations support experience to contribute to a dynamic team. You will be responsible for managing operational data, maintaining reports and spreadsheets, and providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with strong communication skills and a desire to grow within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter time, expenses, invoicing, and operational data into company and client systems.
• Maintain and update spreadsheets, reports, databases, and project management tools.
• Generate and review reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Provide general administrative support such as filing, scanning, mailing, and document preparation.
• Schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and manage office calendars.
• Assist with onboarding, office engagement activities, and maintain essential administrative records.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance, office supplies, catering, and vendor interactions.
• Complete tasks accurately within deadlines and support additional operational duties as needed.
• Top Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.
• Prior experience in administrative or operations support roles is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, data entry, and reporting.
• Comfortable learning new project-management and customer systems.
• Basic math skills, including percentages and ratios.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced office environment.
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with utility, engineering, or construction project operations is a plus.
