- US Citizenship
- Advanced electrical degree.
- Two years of experience.
- Ability to read electrical schematics.
- Understanding of electronics.
- Experience performing diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of and some experience troubleshooting test equipment.
- Ability to coach technicians.
- Ability to review and update detailed documents.
- Ability to create reports and manage customer requests.
- Contractor role supporting operations engineering activities.
- Performs process document evaluations and updates.
- Conducts research and testing of electrical components and printed circuit boards (PCBs) for commercial, industrial, and government applications.
- Supports diagnostics, troubleshooting, reporting, and customer request management.
- Evaluate and update process documentation.
- Research and test electrical components and PCBs.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics.
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting of electronic systems.
- Troubleshoot test equipment.
- Coach technicians.
- Review and update detailed documentation.
- Create reports.
- Manage customer requests and demands in a timely manner.
