Operations Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Performs process document evaluations and updates, research, and testing of electrical components, and PCBs for commercial, industrial and governmental purposes.
• Understand and has some experience troubleshooting test equipment.
• Capable of coaching technicians, reviewing and updating detailed documents, creating reports, and managing customer request and demands on a timely manner

• Must be able to read electrical schematics, understand electronics, and is capable and has experience performing diagnostics and troubleshooting efforts.

• Requires Advanced Electrical Degree and two years of experience.
