Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Support Associate to support daily operational activities in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for processing paper checks, scanning documents, coordinating operational tasks, and ensuring accurate data handling. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Responsibilities:
Process paper checks and related operational transactions with a high level of accuracy.
Scan, index, and maintain electronic documentation.
Perform moderately complex operational support activities within a service center or department environment.
Collect data and prepare operational reports.
Prepare input forms for automated data processing systems.
Utilize internal systems and procedures to complete daily tasks.
Coordinate assigned projects and operational initiatives.
Provide information to authorized individuals and stakeholders.
Interpret and communicate personnel policies and procedures to employees as needed.
Maintain quality standards while meeting productivity expectations.
Qualifications:
Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
1+ year of operations support experience or equivalent experience.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with basic computer applications and data entry functions.
Experience processing checks, payments, or other financial transactions. (preferred)
Previous document scanning, records management, or imaging experience. (preferred)
Experience working in an operations, banking, financial services, or back-office environment. (preferred)
Dependable and motivated professional with strong organizational skills.
Ability to learn internal systems and procedures quickly.
