Nations Roof is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Operations Support Assistant to join our team in Winter Garden, Florida. This is a full-time, 100% in-office position, Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has a knack for working with customers, strong computer skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to keep multiple tasks and follow-ups organized and moving forward.

This entry-level role supports both our permitting operations and sheet metal fabrication shop. You’ll work with customers, municipalities, and internal team members while handling data entry, documentation, order processing, tracking, and administrative support.

What You’ll Do

• Provide professional customer service by phone and email.
• Assist with permit applications, documentation, status tracking, and follow-up.
• Enter and process customer and internal sheet metal orders.
• Track open permits, orders, and outstanding items to ensure timely follow-through.
• Maintain accurate spreadsheets, records, pricing, and customer information.
• Assist with invoicing, documentation, and general administrative support.
• Communicate with customers, municipalities, vendors, and internal team members.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Recent graduates with strong computer, organizational, and customer service skills are encouraged to apply.
• Must have 3–5 years of experience in an Operations Support Assistant role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Ability to manage and track multiple tasks efficiently.
• Comfortable making and receiving business-related calls.
• Dependable, responsive, and willing to learn new systems and processes.
• Previous administrative, data entry, or customer service experience is a plus.
• Construction, sheet metal, manufacturing, or fabrication experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must have experience with roof permitting.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
