Job Description:
Pay: $40 Shift Hours: 6:30am-2:30pm OR 2:30pm - 10:30pm Operations Supervisor
We're looking for a hands-on and organized Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations in our Robotics laboratory. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys guiding a team, ensuring smooth workflows, and maintaining a safe, efficient lab environment. You'll play a key role in supporting research and development by coordinating simple robotics tasks that contribute to broader data collection efforts.
What You'll Do
Lead and Support the Lab Team Supervise and mentor Lab Operators, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and safely Provide training and guidance on robotics system usage and lab protocols Coordinate daily assignments and monitor team performance Oversee Robotics Operations Manage the execution of routine robotics tasks using tablet-based control systems Ensure consistency and reliability in how tasks are performed Troubleshoot minor issues and escalate technical concerns when needed Maintain Lab Readiness Support basic hardware setup and assist with system preparation Ensure the lab remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards Monitor power supplies and equipment functionality
What You Bring
Experience in a lab, manufacturing, or technical environment Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to follow and enforce clear instructions and procedures Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
