    What you'll do

    • Plan workloads daily by staffing, equipment, and targets; adjust priorities and coordinate flow.
    • Lead and motivate teams; run shift meetings; monitor performance, attendance, and handovers.
    • Control processes to SOPs; audit lines, contain issues, and maintain visual and line documentation.
    • Provide technical support for setup, troubleshooting, maintenance needs, and equipment validation.
    • Ensure product quality; address defects, lead RCA, stop production if needed, and support audits.
    • Coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials, components, and packaging.
    • Train and certify employees; cross-train, coach skills, and maintain training records.
    • Enforce safety, PPE, 5S, and plant policies; address hazards and support emergency response.
    • Track and report KPIs; drive Kaizen/Lean, cost reduction, compliance, and continuous improvement.

    What we are looking for

    • 3-5 years automotive industry experience.
    • Product and production-line quality knowledge in 7 Quality Basics as well as standardized work.
    • JIS production, multivalence processes, and area structuring experience.
    • Maintenance and internal logistics, inventory, and stock control knowledge.
    • Team management with 5S and visual management expertise.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
    • Fluent English is required.
    • This role will be operating on our second shift from: 2:00pm - 10:00 pm est
