We are seeking a dynamic Operations Supervisor who is passionate about hospitality and enjoys leading teams. This unique leadership role offers the opportunity to gain experience in two critical hotel operations departments: Front Office and Housekeeping.

Whether your background is in Front Office, Guest Services, Housekeeping, or Rooms Operations, we encourage you to apply. Experience in one of these areas is all that's required. We will provide training and development to help you build confidence and expertise in the other department.

Supervisors possess strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. They support hotel leadership by developing and assuming management responsibilities while coaching and guiding associates to achieve departmental goals. Responsibilities may include training, scheduling, payroll review, interviewing, performance coaching, and ensuring operational excellence across both departments.

In this highly visible role, you will:

• Lead and support Front Office and Housekeeping associates in delivering exceptional guest service.
• Help ensure guest rooms and public spaces meet Hyatt's quality and cleanliness standards.
• Assist with guest registration, service recovery, and communication of hotel services and promotions.
• Coach and develop team members through ongoing training and feedback.
• Coordinate daily operations to ensure a seamless guest experience from arrival through departure.
• Foster a positive, collaborative environment between Front Office and Housekeeping teams.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a service-focused mindset.

This role is ideal for someone who is ready to expand their hospitality career, learn multiple facets of hotel operations, and grow into future leadership opportunities within Hyatt.

Qualifications
