Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan, prioritize, schedule, and delegate daily operational activities to ensure productivity, quality, customer service, and performance goals are achieved while maintaining cost-effective operations and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor operational workflows, staffing levels, equipment, and resource availability to ensure efficient execution of work and timely completion of operational objectives.
- Coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders to address resource needs, resolve operational issues, and adjust schedules or priorities as business demands require.
- Provide direct supervision, coaching, and leadership to employees, including training, development, performance management, employee engagement, and career growth initiatives.
- Promote and enforce workplace safety programs and compliance requirements, conduct safety observations and investigations, address hazards, and ensure employees follow established safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct employee performance evaluations, performance improvement discussions, disciplinary actions, and attendance management activities in accordance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
- Participate in workforce planning and operational meetings, providing recommendations regarding staffing, scheduling, equipment, process improvements, and resource allocation.

- Analyze operational performance metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement, implementing solutions that enhance productivity, quality, safety, and overall operational effectiveness.
- Serve as a resource for employees and management, resolving operational concerns, employee relations matters, customer issues, and process-related challenges in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate operational and personnel records, including scheduling, timekeeping, training documentation, performance records, safety documentation, and administrative reports.
- Foster a positive and accountable work environment by promoting teamwork, communication, employee engagement, and adherence to company values and expectations.

- Ensure the completion of all required production paperwork, records, documentation, such as timecards, quality records, etc.

Education and/or Experience
Five (5) or more years of progressively responsible leadership experience in operations, manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, logistics, or a related environment required. Demonstrated success in supervising employees, managing performance, conducting coaching and disciplinary actions, promoting workplace safety, and driving operational results. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required; equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant experience will be considered.
Computer Skills
Demonstrated proficiency with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint as well as other computer/web based programs.
