OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

The Operations Supervisor oversees day-to-day circulation/subscription fulfillment operations to ensure subscription orders, electronic bank deposits, cash processing, and related operational activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. - Monitor productivity, data entry accuracy, workflow completion, and operational deadlines to ensure all work is completed prior to required service times.

The Operations Supervisor oversees day-to-day circulation/subscription fulfillment operations to ensure subscription orders, electronic bank deposits, cash processing, and related operational activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. This role combines staff leadership, customer service supervision, financial processing support, and continuous process improvement. 32-hour workweek (on-site). Responsibilities:
- Manage customer service and data entry staff including remote employees.
- Develop staffing plans based on workload, client needs, and seasonal demand.
- Monitor productivity, data entry accuracy, workflow completion, and operational deadlines to ensure all work is completed prior to required service times.
- Oversee the customer service team and support timely, professional resolution of client and customer inquiries.
- Assistance with fixing errors.
- Train, coach, and develop employees to strengthen performance, accountability, and team effectiveness.
- Monitor and process daily inbound cash and support cash management procedures.
- Manage and monitor phone system operations to ensure service levels are met.
- Support accurate employee time and payroll reporting.
