Operations Supervisor- Manufacturing (Night Shift)

Primary Responsibilities

• Supervise daily shift operations including production, planning, and shipping activities
• Drive team performance to meet or exceed production and shipping goals
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all safety procedures
• Lead, coach, and motivate employees to perform at a high level
• Maintain accurate production, inventory, and shipping records
• Conduct team meetings to communicate updates, policies, and operational goals
