Overview
Under the supervision of the Site Manager, the Operations Supervisor performs a variety of administrative and logistics functions in support of the GCSMAC III Contract Task Order (TO) operations. The Operations Supervisor will oversee completion of the day-to-day requirements of operations, and the submission of various technical documents to include Statement of Work (SOW) and accompanying pricing schedules; submissions tracking and statuses, incident reports, compiling data for required briefs, and other documents as required, while providing subject matter expertise to the team. Crossover and support for the V2X Quality Control Program, and eventual responsibility for overseeing project Q/C requirements intended. Close coordination with our primary subcontractor will be essential for sustainment operations. Responsible for conducting internal checks to ensure quality of work, adherence to company administrative policies, and acts to promote a positive and compliant safety culture throughout the organization.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: Education/Certifications: One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education if degree is required.
4-Year degree from an accredited college/university, or 2-Year technical degree in applied sciences with applicable experience.
Must be U.S. citizen.
Must possess a U.S. driver's license.
English proficiency.
Ability to obtain and maintain JBPHH DBIDS (all gates) clearance. This clearance is prerequisite to finalization of the employment process.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years operations/construction management experience, evaluating operations and business functions and recommending improvements, modification, and changes and familiar with applicable resources / tools.
Proficiency with MS Office suite
Must have at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
Knowledge and experience with project submittals, RFIs, and construction processes required
Skills:
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of Applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, and Outlook).
Organized and efficient with attention to detail and excellent follow through.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.

An experienced leader and mentor with strong delegation skills.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Responsible for all assigned operations personnel.
Working Conditions:
Must be capable of working in hot/humid weather conditions with temperatures exceeding 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
Adjustable to changing weather and environmental conditions
Physical Requirements:
Medium work. Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Work may require heavy lifting, stooping, climbing, prolonged standing, prolonged sitting, and working with or in areas where potential could exist for exposure to physical, chemical, or biological agents.
Employee use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required for some situations. PPE includes, but is not limited to, head, foot, torso, respiratory, vision, and hearing protective devices.
Must comply with all Fire and Safety Regulations and EM-385 requirements.
