Job Title: Operations Supervisor
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and driven Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations for a fast-paced restoration business. This hands-on leader will oversee mitigation, cleaning, and reconstruction activities while balancing strategic, big-picture thinking with the ability to roll up their sleeves to get work done. The ideal candidate acts with integrity, values teamwork, and consistently strives for excellence. In this role, you will manage projects from start to finish, lead and develop a strong team, and help scale the business through exceptional operational performance and customer service.

Work Environment
This is a full-time, on-site role in a fast-paced, team-oriented restoration environment. You will work closely with field crews, department managers, and leadership to support mitigation, cleaning, and reconstruction projects. The position requires occasional after-hours availability to respond to emergency situations, which may involve on-call support or site visits. The work involves both office-based responsibilities, such as scheduling, documentation, and estimating, and field-based activities, including site visits and oversight of active projects. You will operate in a setting where safety, professionalism, and adherence to industry standards such as IICRC are essential, and where collaboration and clear communication are key to delivering high-quality service to customers.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
