this role you will provide leadership and direction for a team of entry-level
production employees to ensure customer demand is metCoordinate production activities to support daily distribution
requirements, including local delivery routes and shuttle operationsYou will lead reliability, compliance, quality, and safety initiatives to
meet government and environmental regulations Ensure team members are trained
and committed to Linde Safety and Quality systems, coordinating training with
the Compliance ManagerMonitor production outputs and staffing levels to maintain efficiency,
anticipate problems, and develop contingency plansResponsible for communicating and collaborating with first shift
counterpart to ensure smooth operations and efffective shift handoffs Identify operational issues and lead improvement initiativesrelated to production processes, shift schedules, and
training, reporting activities to plant managementYou will help oversee inventory levels, manage equipment and product
quality issues, and support 5S and Lean Projects to reduce operating costs
through Operational Excellence strategies
