JSG is hiring a Production Team Lead /Operations Supervisor - Manufacturing / Aerospace in Santa Clarita, CA.

2nd shift: 3:30PM-12AM
3rd shift: 12AM-7AM

Skills: 

• Lead and support frontline team members to achieve daily production, quality, and delivery targets.
• Plan and allocate labor, equipment, and materials to meet operational goals.
• Provide coaching, performance feedback, and development opportunities for team members.
• Resolve day-to-day production and technical issues while building team problem-solving skills.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and work procedures.
• Ability to motivate, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Experience managing production activities, resources, and priorities.
• Clear and effective communication with teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to balance production demands with improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of 5S, visual management, standardized work, and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SAP, and basic MRP concepts.
•  Builds positive relationships and handles challenges professionally.
• Works effectively across teams to achieve shared goals.
• Aken Advanced Vocational Training Qualification (Master Craftsman level) or equivalent.
• Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing or operations environment preferred.

Pay rate: $45-$55
