Job Description An Operations Supervisor oversees all activity of a specific department or area in a company. They observe and analyze overall efficacy of the department and ensure things are moving smoothly. Skills and Qualifications -Team leadership experience. -Client facing and onboarding background preferred. -Project Management preferred. -Interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills. -Bachelors or Technical degree required. -C1 English level. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English. -Located in Medellín. Job Responsibilities -Leading and supervising a group of employees. -Evaluating the employees' performance and deliver feedback, positive or critical, to improve the operations flow. -Report on department's metrics to the CEO and other leaders. -Provide advanced customer support when needed. -Meet with the different teams in order to stay updated on all the operations. |
