Operations Specialist
Position Summary
LHH is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Specialist to join our client's team in Washington, DC. In this role, you will provide administrative and operational support to multiple departments, helping ensure efficient day-to-day operations while delivering outstanding service to internal teams and clients.
Primary Responsibilities
- Review and organize incoming documents, ensuring they are accurately filed within the appropriate client accounts.
- Provide administrative and operational assistance to client service and operations teams.
- Coordinate with the firm's clearing partner and internal operations departments to resolve account-related and operational matters.
- Partner closely with Account Executives and senior leadership to support business objectives and client needs.
- Develop expertise in operational processes and serve as a knowledgeable resource for colleagues across the organization.
- Assist with additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of one year of experience in the brokerage, investment, or financial services industry if highly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, collaborative, and customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build and maintain positive client and team relationships.

Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
