The Operations Specialist supports daily business operations by coordinating processes, improving
efficiency, and ensuring smooth execution of operational activities. This role works cross-functionally to
streamline workflows, manage data, and support projects that drive productivity and service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
The first two month of the role will spearhead the task of streamlining data between two systems
Coordinate and support day-to-day operational processes across departments
Monitor workflows and identify opportunities for process improvements
Track and analyze operational data, metrics, and performance indicators
Assist with scheduling, resource allocation, and logistics coordination
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting systems
Support implementation of new systems, tools, or operational initiatives
Collaborate with teams such as finance, HR, customer service, and field operations
Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems as needed
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards
Prepare reports and provide insights to management on operational performance
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
25 years of experience in operations, administration, business support, or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related discipline; equivalent experience may be considered.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Experience working with business systems such as ERP, CRM, or similar platforms.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
