Description
This role facilitates the logo creation process from sales to customization. From designing/creating to digitizing and ordering necessary artwork, this position is the liaison to complete those tasks.
Requirements for success:
Customization
- Adding or updating logos to relevant sites like: Gearcor admin, P21, and Google Drive
- Properly maintain raw material inventory for customization
- Heat press logos, thread, needles, backing, etc. Review and streamline customization processes
- Order entry via the ticketing system
- How logos are uploaded and saved Maintain customization database to ensure accurate imports
- Logo files/names, logo drive, admin notes
- Oversee special projects for customization Streamline processes, update the ticketing system
Embroidery
- Responsible for the digitization of all embroidery logos
- Attain and maintain proficiency with DG16 Pulse digitization software
- Leveraging self-learning modules and Pulse online training
Heat Press
- Order customized heat press transfers from external vendor(s)
- Establish and maintain a process for inventorying all heat press transfers
- Maintain and accurately update third-party online library for all heat press transfers, using proper naming schemes, etc.
Ideal candidate qualities include:
- Adobe Illustrator
- Photoshop experience
- Other applicable graphic design software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Creative with attention to detail
- Patience with a consistent flow of questions
- Time management
- Must be organized
