Description
We're looking for an Operations Specialist- Accounts and Transfers: to support operational excellence through accurate transaction processing, documentation review, and timely service delivery. Our client has been around for the past 50 years in the financial services industry. This role is ideal for someone who's detail-oriented, action-driven, and ready to grow-whether you're building foundational skills or stepping into more independent, moderately complex work.
What You'll Do
- Review and process operational transactions with accuracy and compliance in mind
- Validate data, maintain organized records, and meet service level expectations
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and partners to resolve items efficiently
- Communicate clearly via phone and email to provide updates and move work forward
- High School Diploma or GED (Associate degree preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in operations and/or a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset

- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Flexible on start time)
- Location: Westlake, OH
