Oversee daily business operation, manages teams and resources, improve processes, and ensures efficiency, compliance and alignment with company goals. Supervise staff, track attendance, address safety concerns and optimize work flow.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies and policies
• Manage daily operations and oversee operational staff.
• Oversee staffing, recruitment, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in operations or leadership roles.
• Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage complex workflows.
