We need a Growth Hungry Pro who is ready to help us scale from a successful boutique business into a multi-territory powerhouse.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $50,000 – $65,000 (Based on experience)
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $75,000 – $85,000+
  • Commission Structure: Uncapped. Our average performers earn $80,000, and our top performers exceed $100k.
The Role: Sales Hunter + Ops Architect

This isn’t a 9-to-5 "clock in and out" job. We are looking for someone obsessed with growth! You will report directly to the CEO, managing the daily logistics and hunting for new business. You'll ensure our Tri-State Area flagship events run like clockwork while lead-generating our expansion into new territories.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Growth: Proactively identify, pitch, and close new business. You’re a closer who isn't afraid to open new doors and territories.
  • Manage the Flagship: Oversee the logistics, scheduling, and tech-heavy requirements for our SO Fun Game Show.
  • Build Systems: Refine our CRM and operations to ensure we scale smoothly and professionally.
  • Partner Success: Be the primary contact for our high-level corporate partners and school leads.
  • Be the "Fixer": Problem-solve on the fly to support our field staff and keep the momentum moving.
