Job Summary:
Reporting to the BNPA Operations Manager, the primary role of this position is to provide administrative and program support to BNPA, with a primary focus on the State WIC Hot-line. The position will provide Spanish and English assistance to WIC clients, ensuring timely access to information, assistance, referrals, and appropriate WIC resources while providing consistent and responsive customer service. Additional responsibilities include coordinating special projects, meetings, operational reports, program documentation, records retention, and print materials and supplies for WIC Team Members. The position will maintain program files, calendars, and funding-related documentation and serve as the liaison between BNPA and the State of Arizona Archives to ensure records are maintained in accordance with state and program requirements. The position will support several BNPA programs, provide facility and operational assistance, and serve as backup to Bureau teams as needed. The position may also be required to attend meetings at alternate locations and travel when necessary. Retirement:
To help you build a financially secure future, the State makes monthly contributions to finance your retirement benefit. The State will contribute to the ASRS in an amount equal to your contribution. In other words, you and the State will each pay 50% of total cost of the benefit. New State employees have a 27-week wait period for contributions to begin.
