Operations Program Manager - Insurance Specialty

Responsibilities · Responsible for the quality and efficiency of a team of insurance certificate verification specialists · Conduct ongoing training for insurance verification specialists · Create and maintain training and user guide articles on processes and procedures · Work closely with product and engineering team to improve the insurance verification software and identify opportunities for new features · Translate insurance requirements into product offerings and recognize gaps · Be a driving force for product enhancements and efficiencies · Work with a strong sense of urgency to meet and exceed daily customer and internal escalation inquires · Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested · Build and maintain strong internal relationships with different departments within the company (we are a team!)
