    Job Summary:

    Serves as a liaison to and supports HHC's Institute Leadership. Responsible for providing analytic, project management, and administrative support to help facilitate and support timely completion, review and management of HHC Institute initiatives and projects.

    Key Areas of Responsibility

    Responsible for the coordination of the Business Unit Review (BUR) meetings, including but not limited to: scheduling meetings, analyzing regional, institute and service line BURs to provide insights, identify trends and identify priority items to be discussed and reviewed by, capturing follow-up items, key takeaways and ensure progress on follow-up items is made between BUR meetings.

    Support leadership with preparation of internal and external meetings, communications, presentations, and other matters through the development of talking points, memos and presentations and research.

    Staff and manage leadership and operational meetings including: scheduling meetings, preparation of agendas, timely preparation of materials, management of priorities, and follow-up items.

    Communicate information, expectations and expected deliverables to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives/priorities/projects.

    Provide administrative support to leadership ensure timely management and completion of projects and other strategic initiatives as defined.

    Partner with Leadership, direct reports and other key stakeholders on various projects to build consensus, ensure continuity and execution of business outcomes.

    Assess inquiries directed, determine the proper course of action, develop action plans to manage or delegate to the appropriate individual to address and ensure leadership is apprised appropriately.

    Qualifications

    Education:

    Master's degree

    Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements

    • Proven, successful track record of navigating through complex and ambiguous corporate processes, organization structures and processes
    • Organization and the ability to move forward in the execution of high-priority, cross-functional initiatives through coordinated project plans
    • Demonstrated ability to build relationships across an organization at all levels
    • Ability to develop and foster effective collaboration between departments and other partners to meet goals and objectives.
    • Strong interpersonal, communication (both written and verbal), collaboration and negotiation skills.
    • Hartford HealthCare works within a highly matrixed organization and the incumbent must be proficient within such a model, demonstrating past capabilities of delivering excellent operational results in a similar environment.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and other tools and applications to support efficiencies
    • Critical thinking and strategic thinking
    • Technology proficient - video conferencing; web-based presentations; Sharepoint; inter/intranet knowledge repositories and content management
