Interested in driving the future of AI-enabled operational contracting and funding processes? We are looking for someone to join our central Services team in Google.org as an Operational process manager for contracting of all types. We are on a transformation journey to automate Google.org's operational process, and we need a strategic owner to drive execution and help land our next wave of cross-functional solutions.

As part of Google.org, the Services team drives investment operations to advance Google.org's funding goals. We do this by interfacing with stakeholders across Google and bringing operational excellence through outsourced execution to deliver more than $900M a year in cash to external recipients worldwide.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $136000 - $196000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
