**Must haves:

1. 10+ years of IT expertise and 5+ years of production support experience with expert level knowledge of MFA technologies, Splunk.
2. Unix/Linux Administration, troubleshooting & scripting
3. L2/L3 support experience, Incident & Problem Management, Triaging
4. IAM Expertise with Access Management, Authentication & Authorization & MFA
5. DevOps & SRE Skills & Supporting databases SQL, oracle

**Plusses:

1. Security Certifications CISSP, GIAC certifications, Security+
2. Banking/FinTech Experience
3. Cloud Experience
