Operations Production Lead Job Description:The operations production lead is responsible for overseeing daily production of the specified area, including supervising operators, optimizing the flow of product, and properly addressing production issues as they arise. Work closely with the engineering, FA and QA teams to streamline production, mitigate issues and minimize downtime.

• Key responsibilities:
  •  Building familiarity with the SOPs of machines in order to assist with training and instruction to operators.
  • Upholding a standard of quality in the production process
  • Effectively communicating and leading operators with the daily production plan
  • Receive new hires, providing them with the proper gear and training
  • Driving production and eliminating bottlenecks where possible
  • Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations set in place and following the established standard operating procedures
  • Work closely with the engineering, FA and QA teams to streamline production, mitigate issues and minimize downtime

  • Ability to perform in fast paced and high output environment
  • Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to coordinate with multiple teams
