    Process Manager Card Risk Intake Management Team

    Title: Operations - Process Manager
    Location: Richmond, VA (Hybrid 3 Days a week)
    Duration: 12+ Months of Contract

    The Card Risk Intake Management Team handles the evaluation, coordination, and facilitation of Accountable Executive ownership and discussions to identify customer, regulatory, or financial impacts requiring entry into the Risk system of record. The scope covers breakdowns in Card, Small Business Card which could affect customers, regulatory expectations, or business operations. This team collaborates across the firm to analyze issues, assess risk and impact, and push for prompt resolution while maintaining proper governance. Given the integration of Client, we are currently seeking more support.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Manage the intake and tracking of operational events and process issues.
    • Facilitate discussions with cross-functional partners to assess customer, business, and regulatory impact.
    • Coordinate action plans and ensure appropriate documentation, escalation, and resolution.
    • Monitor issues through completion and communicate status updates to key stakeholders.
    • Support process improvements to reduce risk and strengthen operational controls.

    Desired Skills & Qualifications
    • Experience in process management, risk management, operations, or project coordination.
    • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to assess business impact.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior business partners.
    • Knowledge of regulatory, compliance, or operational risk concepts is a plus.
    • Proficiency with Google (Documents, Sheets, Slides) and JIRA; experience with issue tracking or governance tools is preferred.
